Last Stand is actually very simple.
What it basically does is enable you to pull out your pistol and fire off about a full clip into whoever you see that is an enemy.

It may sound rather simple like I said, But it's actually easier said than done.

Here are 2 points you may want to consider before adding Last Stand as your 3rd Perk.

A) You'l be aiming with Tinnitus. Which means your ears will be ringing, and your vision will be blurred drastically. Also you will be aiming down your sights with bloodshot eyes.

B) If your playing multiplayer, And you will be since perks are only enabled in multiplayer, Most players now actually shoot to down you, Then they shoot you again, Just to make sure your dead. Yes, Last Stand can be ended prematurely if your opponent manages to shoot you again while in Last Stand mode.
